If the problem needs a larger scope
Before substantive work, an out-of-scope request may be fully refunded or the payment applied to an approved larger scope. No extra work or charges without approval. If included work cannot be completed by RestEasyWP, the undelivered portion is refunded. Required access, usable backups and supported software may affect delivery.
