Monthly edits: Up to 3 small tasks / 60 minutes total. Each small task normally takes 20 minutes or less. Allowances do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, custom development, copywriting and new functionality are quoted separately.

Response targets: normal requests 8 business hours; critical outage acknowledgement 2 business hours. Targets apply during Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm America/Bogota (UTC−5) and are acknowledgement targets, not guaranteed resolution times.

Premium software included: Security, Admin Suite Pro, monitoring, image CDN, optimization and SEO tools. Managed licenses apply to the covered website while the plan is active; vendor terms apply and licenses are not transferable.

Public pages, landing pages, products, product categories and public custom content count toward site size. Normal blog posts and utility URLs do not. Membership/LMS sites require Care Plus or above. Multisite, unsupported custom applications and sites over 500 non-blog URLs need a written scope review.

Running WooCommerce? Add WooCommerce Care for $49/month for checkout and transactional checks. Base care does not cover store-specific testing.

Starting and stopping care

Your initial technical review is included. Onboarding is $0 when the site passes review. Existing compromises, a broken site or a substantial maintenance backlog are scoped and priced separately before routine care starts. No extra charges without approval.

Month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal through My account; paid service continues until the end of the current period. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed billing.
